Mina Jenkins

Mina is an experienced researcher and writer working across RSGI’s projects including the FT Innovative Lawyers programme. She has interviewed hundreds of senior lawyers and business professionals in law firms.

Researching across geographies and practice areas, including business services, Mina has analysed how law firms across the world operate technically and strategically. She has conducted extensive research for the RSGI India report and the RSGI GreenPrint report.
Mina also assisted with project management for the FT Innovative Lawyers Global Summit in 2023, and in 2025, for the 20th year celebration of the programme.

Mina has completed various online internships for law firms and written for a reputed Barcelona-based fashion & art magazine. She has also completed a work experience placement with the in-house legal team at NatWest.

Having lived the majority of her life abroad and speaking fluent French and good Spanish, Mina has a global outlook and an itch for travel. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh reading English Literature (MA) and spent a year studying abroad in Barcelona. Her dissertation examined the ways in which representations of opium in Victorian literature influenced British national identity. Outside work, Mina enjoys yoga, pilates and aerial silks.
