Patrick Shortall

Patrick is a Senior Research Analyst working on a variety of research projects including the RSGI India report, the FT Innovative Lawyers series and FT Accelerating Business.

He is working on a new intelligence platform for the Indian legal market, which will provide comprehensive data and assessments of Indian law firms, lawyers and their work.

Patrick works across RSGI’s projects, conducting research, and creating data analytics models and visualisations.

Between finishing his applied mathematics degree at Bristol and joining RSGI, he worked in sustainability data communication, live events and museums, and continued research from his masters dissertation in swarm robotics.

He spends his time outside of work at comedy gigs (watching not performing), developing his botany skills, and falling down internet rabbit holes.
